Most of orders ship same day, but ground orders may be shipped in 1-2 business days. Ground orders take 3 -5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. Please check your address, incorrect address information is charged $10 from UPS, this charge will be added to your order. You can check an address at www.ups.com under the section 'Find Locations'. Enter the address there and UPS will verify it. Orders must be placed by 2:00 P.M. EST to be shipped same day. Some items are available for Friday overnight and Saturday delivery. If you need help with this, please contact us. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
